At the next meeting, all GFC memebers will recieve an updaed Contact List and new information has been brought forwards, so everyone please attend.
Plus we have a new team mate who has just joined us. Please welcome "McPwned" to our Team.
Unfortunately, he is in school on Mondays, but he will be with us in spirit, and online :).
Also, Meeting Agenda is now posted for tommorrows meeting. Sorry its so close.

Well folks, here is the first Gaming For Charity :: e-Newsletter. Recap of what you have missed.
Microplay still is giving us the run around. So we are now going to move along with our backup sponsor idea. So EB here we come!
Capt. Oats, would you be able to remake the Survey to say from EB, and take out the $60 Certificate, and we will attempt to get them to give us the Certificate as a sponsor gift. Could this be done by Wednesday this week? or if more time is needed, then aim for Friday.
StoneGolem, Please send me the final copy of the Request Letters for Roosterteeth Productions and Bungie, by Wednesday this week. I would like to mail them out by Friday, so that we can get that on the way.
Sparky, would you be able to work on the Boxes for the Survey Forms to be dropped into to (3 boxes, small, large size slit on the top for ballots to be dropped in through). I will provide the graphics, so please contact me with a day that you are free and we can meet up and I can give you the graphics for it. I need at least 3 days notice.
Hizzy, Mr. T, Lord Kaos, Once the survey has been re-vamped, could you please contact the EB closest to you, and we will try this again.

Meeting for the most part Cancelled due to only Monkey, Kaos, and Princess Oats attending, we have also temperarily lost Thunder and Magnum due to Educational Requirements. Next Meeting Febraury 14th, @ 12pm

Todays meeting had alot of new things brought forward. Our Sponsorship letter (draft) is almost completed, and will be brought completed to the next meeting. Business Cards will be distributed next meeting, so make sure you are there for your Official YGOP Business Card. Also we have been discussing the Legality issues of our proposed Games. Lord Kaos will be looking into it, and making sure that we dont do anything that breaks the law :) .
My bad on the lack of Meeting Agendas, my work load is continuing to increase with school, but I will have the agendas up by Wednesday this week, so make sure you take a look.
Next meeting on: Monday February 7th, 2005. 12pm - 1pm @ Tim Hortons.
